Thus without wasting time, let us directly jump on the recipe for Tiramisu pancake.
INGREDIENTS:
  • All purpose flour – 2 cups
  • Baking powder – 2 ½ table spoon
  • Baking soda – ½ table spoon
  • Sugar – 3 table spoon
  • Buttermilk – 1 ½ cups
  • Strong coffee – ½ cup
  • Coffee extract – 2 table spoon
  • Vanilla extract – 2 table spoon
  • Eggs – 2
  • Melted unsalted butter – 3 table spoon
  • Dark chocolate – ½ cup (finely chopped)
  • Softened Mascarpone cheese – 8 oz.
  • Powdered sugar – 2 table spoon
  • For garnishing – Cocoa powder
  • For drizzling – Maple syrup
PROCEDURE:
  1. Before starting off, forget not to preheat the oven to 250 degrees
  2. Start the process by whisking baking powder, sugar, flour and baking soda in a spacious bowl
  3. Take the suggested amount of buttermilk and add coffee extract, eggs, two table spoon vanilla and coffee into it. Remember to separate the egg white and the yolk and beat whip them separately
  4. Take the melted butter along with ¼ cup of chopped chocolate and add to the mixture.
  5. Now add everything into the flour batter and whisk until it is blended well
  6. Allow the batter to settle for five minutes
  7. In a separate bowl, whip mascarpone, the remaining vanilla and the powdered sugar. Mix them perfectly
  8. Either take a non-sticky skillet or a griddle pan and heat it medium
  9. Spoon ¼ cup of batter into it
  10. Once the edges turn golden brown with bubble on top of the batter, flip it and cook for another couple of minutes
  11. Continue the process for the rest of the pancakes
  12. Once done cooking, pile three pancakes on one plate, followed by ¼ of the mascarpone on top. Dust with cocoa powder and sprinkle with sliced dark chocolate. Lastly, pour maple syrup
Few might also wish to have the mascarpone in between the pancake, instead of only on the top. When such is the desire, then it is advisable to allow the pancakes to cool a bit more, or else the warmth will melt away the cream too soon.
Now relish the warm, fluffy pancakes!
